Entertainment

Rose Crelli

Electric and acoustic violinist Rose Crelli has performed at the Chase Center Stadium for the Golden State Warriors, and sold out shows with award winning artists Andrea Bocelli, Tony! Toni! Tone!, Michael Buble and the Trans Siberian Orchestra. A diverse, multi-genre instrumentalist delivering high quality performances, she holds an unbroken record receiving enthusiastic five star reviews.

Joe Wicht

Musician Joe Wicht is best known as the lively and talented host of Piano Bar 101 at Martuni's, where he has been an in-house pianist for 16 years. In addition, he is currently Musical Director for the camp classic, "Ruthless!" and Katya Smirnoff-Skyy's perennial holiday spectacular at the New Conservatory Theatre Center. Wicht can also be found at venues such as The Alley and Feinstein's, or at Project Open Hand, where he is a dedicated member of the Client Services team.

Josh Cheon

DJ Josh Cheon grew up in northern New Jersey, where he spent his weekends dancing at goth clubs and digging for records. He moved to San Francisco in 2006, where he was part of the gay DJ collective Honey Soundsystem from 2007 to 2017. His love of underground '80s music pushed him to start Dark Entries in 2009, a record label that specializes in reissuing lost music from that era.

Project Open Hand's mission is to improve health outcomes and quality of life by providing nutritious meals to the sick and vulnerable, caring for and educating our community.

Founded in 1985, Project Open Hand is a nonprofit organization that provides meals with love to critically ill neighbors and seniors. Our food is like medicine, helping clients recover from illness, get stronger, and lead healthier lives.

Every day, we prepare 2,500 nutritious meals and provide 200 bags of healthy groceries to help sustain our clients as they battle serious illnesses, isolation, or the health challenges of aging. We serve San Francisco and Oakland, engaging more than 125 volunteers daily to nourish our community.

A good job at a livable wage is at the heart of the American dream - to have food on the table, a roof overhead, and the financial means to thrive!

Our specialty is training low/no-income Californians in the skills needed to start a career in the food industry and land their first good job. Since 2000, we have supported more than 2,000 residents of the Oakland/ San Francisco Bay Area to remove barriers to employment, skill-up, and get hired.

In addition to job training and placement, we prepare 26,000 meals annually for the homeless and food insecure - and we mentor and coach entrepreneurs as they incubate and scale their food startups and small businesses.
